In the middle of the charming valley of the Nightingales, in the greenest part of the island of Samos, lies the small village of Valeondades. Nightingale-valley is a small paradise one kilometre from Agios Konstandinos, lying at the shores of the crystal clear blue waters of the Aegean sea. In the heart of the valley surrounded by plane-, walnut-, laurel- and olive trees and grape fields on stepped-terraces lies Valeondades-Houses, characterized by the Greek ministry of culture as 'a rare sample of local architectural and tradional art' and protected by a special law. From the apartments you can overlook the green valley and the nearest mountain, the Lazarus. In spring and autumn the only sound you hear is the flushing of the stream and the call of the owls.

The complex of Valeondades-Houses includes a property of three traditional buildings restored with great care. Each of the buildings contains two apartments (one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor) with separate entrances and outdoor sitting areas. The apartments are decorated with original furniture, paintings, icons, rugs, tapestries, ceramics and other articles of domestic use and offer comfortable accomodation such as shower/WC, kitchen with fridge, electric cooking rings and all necessary appliances for two to four persons.
